- All tours are subject to availability and operational conditions.
- Tour itineraries may change due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or government regulations.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior.
- No forced shopping stops are included in our tours. Guests are free to shop at their own discretion and comfort.
- By booking a tour with Go India Trips, guests agree to our booking, payment, and cancellation policies.
Booking Terms:
- A tour booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
- Passport and visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Hotels and transport services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Cancellation charges may apply according to our cancellation policy.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, flight cancellations, traffic, or natural events.
- Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
- Guests should respect local culture, monuments, and laws during the tour.
Payment Policy:
- A 25%–40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance can be paid before arrival or at the beginning of the tour.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or cash.
- All transaction charges or bank fees must be paid by the guest.
- Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may vary due to government taxes or fuel price increases.
- Last-minute bookings may require full advance payment.
- After payment confirmation, booking details and vouchers will be shared with the guest.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund except transaction charges.
- Cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.
- Flight tickets, train tickets, and monument tickets may be non-refundable according to their respective policies.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- In case of natural disasters, political issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will depend on the policies of hotels and transport providers.
- No refund will be provided for unused services during the tour.
