Payment Policy
- All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment (percentage may vary depending on the package).
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the Trip.
- Payments can be made via:
- Secure online payment gateways
- Bank transfer / UPI
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
- 30 days or more before travel date → 10% cancellation fee
- 15–29 days before travel date → 25% cancellation fee
- 7–14 days before travel date → 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days / No show → 100% cancellation fee
All cancellation requests must be sent via email or official contact channels.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days.
- No refund will be provided for:
- Unused services
- Last-minute cancellations
- No-shows
Changes & Modifications
- Any changes to bookings (dates, destinations, etc.) are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
- Go India Trips reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government rules, etc.).
Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- However, we may offer rescheduling options where possible.
Third-Party Services
- Some services (hotels, flights, transport) are governed by third-party policies.
- Their cancellation rules may differ and will apply accordingly.
