Delhi
Delhi is a city of northen central india it has immense historical,political and cultural significance delhi ‘s having been the capital of numerous empires and kigdoms and still india’s capital.

Arrive in Delhi, meet your tour guide, and begin your sightseeing. Visit Red Fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Qutub Minar. Stroll through Connaught Place for evening shopping and dinner. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Red Fort

The Red Fort was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, with construction beginning in 1638 and completing in 1648. It was designed by architect Ustad Ahmad Lahori, who also worked on the Taj Mahal.

Jama Masjid

The Jama Masjid, or Masjid-i Jahān-Numā, is one of India's largest mosques, located in Old Delhi and built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan between 1644 and 1656. It is renowned for its impressive Mughal architecture, including towering minarets, large courtyards that can hold 25,000 worshippers, and intricately carved walls made of red sandstone and marble. The mosque features three main gates, four towers, and marble domes, and is a significant landmark in India's capital.

India Gate

India Gate is a war memorial built by the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, dedicated to the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died fighting for the British Army in World War I. Its foundation stone was laid in 1921 and it was inaugurated in 1931 by Viceroy Lord Irwin. The monument was originally called the All India War Memorial and was renamed India Gate after India's independence. A later addition, the Amar Jawan Jyoti, was installed after the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war to honor soldiers who died in that conflict.

Rashtrapati Bhavan

Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India, a historic building on a 330-acre estate in New Delhi designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker. Originally built as the Viceroy's House for British India and completed in 1929, it features a fusion of Indian and Western architectural styles, a central dome inspired by the Sanchi Stupa, and 340 rooms. The grounds include the famous Mughal Gardens, now known as Amrit Udyan, and a museum complex

Qutub Minar

The Qutub Minar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi, India, standing 72.5 meters tall and known as the tallest masonry tower in India. Construction began in 1199 by Qutb-ud-din Aibak, and the tower was completed by his successor, Iltutmish. It is a historical monument of Indo-Islamic architecture, famous for its intricate carvings, projected balconies, and the surrounding Qutub complex with other ancient structures.



After breakfast, drive to Agra (app. 4 h). On arrival, visit the Taj Mahal, one of the world’s wonders, followed by Agra Fort and Itimad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb. In the evening, enjoy the Mehtab Bagh sunset view of Taj Mahal. Overnight in Agra.

Agra

Gwalior

Gwalior is a city in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It's known for its palaces and temples, including the Sas Bahu Ka Mandir intricately carved Hindu temple. Ancient Gwalior Fort occupies a sandstone plateau overlooking the city and is accessed via a winding road lined with sacred Jain statues. Within the fort’s high walls is the 15th-century Gujari Mahal Palace, now an archaeological museum.

Drive to Gwalior (app. 2.5 h). Visit the grand Gwalior Fort, Jai Vilas Palace, and Sas Bahu Temple. Explore the old market area for local handicrafts. Overnight stay in Gwalior.

Orchha

Orchha is a town near the city of Niwari in the Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh state, India. The town was established by a Bundela Rajput ruler Rudra Pratap Singh some time after 1501, as the seat of an eponymous former princely state including parts of central and north India, in the Bundelkhand region.

Depart for Orchha, a beautiful heritage town on the Betwa River. Visit Orchha Fort, Jahangir Mahal, and Ram Raja Temple. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the river. Overnight stay in Orchha.

Drive to Khajuraho (app. 4 h). After check-in, explore the Western Group of Temples, famous for their intricate sculptures and carvings. Evening light & sound show at the temple complex. Overnight in Khajuraho.

Khajuraho

The Khajuraho Group of Monuments are a group of Hindu and Digambara Jain temples in Chhatarpur district, Madhya Pradesh, India. They are about 46 km from Chhatarpur city, the district headquarter, 283 km from Gwalior, 175 kilometres southeast of Jhansi, 10 kilometres from Khajwa and 9 kilometres from Rajnagar.

Morning visit to the Eastern Group of Temples and local art markets. Later, board a train or flight to Varanasi. On arrival, transfer to hotel and rest. Overnight in Varanasi.

Varanasi

(Banaras) is a city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, located on the left bank of the Ganges River. It is widely regarded as the spiritual capital and one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities. One of the sacred places for Hindus, having more than 1000 temples, and the most important world-famous temple is of Lord Shiva. It is one of the seven religious cities of India, where various religious rituals, Ganga Aarti, and funeral rites (cremation at Manikarnika Ghat) take place. Tourists can explore early morning activities and the ghats of the Ganga River; boat rides are also possible.

Start early with a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges River. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
